Jessica received a chronic health diagnosis in 2016 and realized that illness (dis-ease) manifests from soul misalignment (mental, emotional, and spiritual). She discovered trauma’s ability to block an individual’s connection with themselves, others, and to creator (or whatever you choose to believe in). She spent the last 5 years exploring alternative treatment modalities for healing trauma stored in the body. She recovered and became certified in Energy Healing, Craniosacral therapy, Medicine Ceremony, Lomi Lomi Hawaiian Massage, and Life Skills Coaching which can all assist with trauma release.
