Centuries ago, women used to live in relation to the land, connected to the cycles of nature and the wisdom of their bodies. As the seasons changed and the tides shifted, they would gather together to honour the power of their womb and blood, receiving guidance, and seeding visions and dreams for their communities. Women innately understood birth and death were a part of life’s living creation, and it was embraced as an integral part of their womanhood. They held this sacred through performing rite of passage ceremonies, guiding each other through the stages and initiations of puberty, menstruation, pregnancy, birth and menopause; honouring the feminine archetypes and the natural law of the Divine.

Overtime, we have seen and experienced women’s lost connection to this living library. We have turned away from our bodies and hid away the ancient keys. Women everywhere have become disconnected, isolated and separated from community and their true nature. They have lost touch with how to relate with other women and how to live in connection to their innate wisdom and bodies intelligence. The primordial power of the feminine has been stripped away, our blood has become taboo and seen as dirty, or a curse, and we are now living in a fast paced modern society that disregards and shames women for slowing down and living true to our cyclical natures.

But now, as the seasons change and the moon wanes and waxes, we are remembering.

We are awakening and returning to the old ways of counsel in sisterhood. We are gathering together, sharing our stories, weaving our dreams and singing prayers of healing into the ancestral strings that connect us together as women. The return of the Red Tent is part of this reclamation to serve and honour our Divinity and our deep connection to our Earth mother. It is the symbolic manifestation of women reuniting to support one another in uncovering and embracing their womb’s shamanic powers and returning to the wild feminine.

    Madison Desjarlais is a womb healer and highly renowned birth attendant in the lower mainland area of British Columbia. She is the creatrix behind the Ode To Birth community and assists many women on their journey from Maiden into Mother. Her high vibrational offerings including monthly La Luna Gathering’s, Village Prenatal Circles, and private healing sessions to offer those with a womb a sacred foundation. She trusts all women can birth ideas, projects, and the future generation of children in full sovereignty. It is her dharma to continue being a lighthouse for every woman who reaches out to her for support.

    WOMB WEAVER, COUNSELOR & CEREMONIALIST

    Kelsea Shanai’a Rai holds up a compassionate and empathetic mirror of embodiment. Through her integrative style of leading womb work, she helps women from around the world awaken and own their power, sexuality, worth and embodied feminine wisdom. She has awakened deep innate wisdom, forming a masterful tool box of both scientific and spiritual knowledge, supporting her clients to radically shift their lives, from the inside out. Her passion is fueled by facilitating women’s circles, rite of passage ceremonies, and alchemically working with the rose for her product line, Descent of the Rose.     WOMB PRIESTESS & FEMININE EMBODIMENT GUIDE

    Sakura Rose is a ceremonialist, feminine embodiment guide and womb mentor. She is devoted to assisting others in their sacred transformations. Sakura is a past business coach, industrial designer and world-renowned entrepreneur that pivoted several years ago to delve deep within the mystery teachings of the divine feminine to heal trauma imprints within her womb. She has been dedicated to deepening in womb wisdom, healing and reclamation and her path as medicine woman. Sakura facilitates Red Tent ceremonies and is a plant spirit practitioner working with the medicines of kambo, flower essences and herbalism and is the founder of Divinity Rising.

We meet in the virtual Red Tent.

The Red Tent is traditionally a place for women to come together to bleed, pray and support each other. Red tents were sacred spaces symbolic of the womb and found cross-culturally. Entering into the red tent is like entering into the womb. The emergence of the red tent is rising as women honor their sacred moontime and realize the power it holds. The modern-day red tent is a space for women of all ages to gather (whether in their bleeding time or not) to share and learn about ancient feminine wisdom and the blood mysteries.

  • You will get the most out of this experience if you can make it to our live calls, however if you can't make them, don't worry! We will send you the replay of each call within 6 hours of each call. If you are watching the replays, book time in your calendar to watch the calls.

  • If you have had a hysterectomy and are no longer carrying a womb, you are still connected to the womb’s energetics and are welcome to join us. Due to the special nature of this event, this is for born biological womb holders only.
